Location:
Candidates can be located anywhere, as long as they can reasonably cover projects and assignments in United States, or Europe.
Job Description:
Work with assigned regional sales and account managers to provide pre- and post-sales technical support to generate revenue growth through new business opportunities and repeat business from existing customers.
Responsibilities:
Presales:
- Perform technical qualification of prospects using Objectivity’s qualification methodology.
- Assist evaluators of Objectivity/DB, including installation, design guidance and hands-on development of proof of concepts (POC) and prototype/benchmarks.
- Develop demonstrations, presentations, white papers, benchmarking tools and other tools as needed to support sales and marketing.
- Provide on/off-site standard and customized training and consulting to prospects and customers.
- Liaise with technical and business partners to help ensure that joint customers receive high quality support.
Requirements:
- Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the US.
- Must be capable of obtaining security clearance.
- Must be willing to travel and live reasonably close to a large airport.
- Normal place of work is from home.
Skills:
- Must have strong software development skills in at least one object-oriented language.
- Must have excellent communication skills.
